Cognitive behavior therapy is a form of psychotherapy scientifically tested and found to be effective in a wide range of mental health problems such as: Anxiety related conditions, Panic attacks, eating disorders, sleeping problems, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, procrastination and many more.
I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and Hypnotherapist and my goal is to teach you how to use specific and necessary skills that will empower you to become your own therapist. These skills involve identifying distorted thinking, modifying beliefs and changing behaviors.
The good news is:
You do already have the skills present in you, you have it. I am only going to teach you how to use them in ways that will be of utmost benefit for you. In other words, I will encourage you to transfer the skills to the areas that will help you live a more effective, satisfying life which is not based on avoidance and self-deception.
We believe that it is not the events in our lives that make us disturbed but how we perceive the events that lead to emotional disturbance. If we profoundly change our philosophy and thinking then we are more likely to profoundly change our feelings and behavior.

People usually ask me when is the best time to complete a task and take action and I normally answer as follows:
The best time to take action is right now. If we continue to wait until the right time to do things we will never get there… we will continue looking for excuses to postpone things as its basically impossible to find a perfect time where all the conditions are perfect to take action.
The bad news is that we have no control over the external circumstances, the good news is that we have control over our perception of the events which directly influences how we feel and how we respond to things.
