Creating a Brighter FutureTogether
People Holding Hands

It is not the events in our lives but our beliefs about the events that lead to our suffering. We disturb ourselves.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is a form of psychotherapy scientifically tested and found to be effective in a wide range of mental health problems such as: Anxiety related conditions, Panic attacks, eating disorders, sleeping problems, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, procrastination and many more.

I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and Hypnotherapist, Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, Registered Psychometrist, specialized in addictions and my goal is to teach you how to use specific and necessary skills that will empower you to become your own therapist. These skills involve identifying distorted thinking, modifying beliefs and changing behaviors.

The good news is:

You do already have the skills present in you, you have it. I am only going to teach you how to use them in ways that will be of utmost benefit for you. In other words, I will encourage you to transfer the skills to the areas that will help you live a more effective, satisfying life which is not based on avoidance and self-deception.

We believe that it is not the events in our lives that make us disturbed but how we perceive the events that lead to emotional disturbance. If we profoundly change our philosophy and thinking then we are more likely to profoundly change our feelings and behavior.
